Shipping policy
1. Shipping Coverage & Eligibility
- Delivery Scope: The Store primarily provides shipping services within the territory of the United Kingdom. Deliveries to regions outside the UK (including overseas territories) are available only upon prior consultation with the Store, and additional terms will apply.
 - Order Eligibility: All shipping requests require a confirmed and paid order. The Store will not process shipping for unpaid, cancelled, or pending-verification orders.
 
2. Shipping Costs
- Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are determined based on two factors: the total weight of the order (including packaging for insulated cups and regular cups) and the delivery address within the UK.
 - Display & Payment: The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed on the order checkout page before you complete payment. Shipping costs must be paid together with the product price in a single transaction.
 - Free Shipping Offer: The Store may occasionally launch free shipping promotions (e.g., for orders exceeding a specified amount). Details of such promotions will be clearly marked on the Store’s homepage or product pages, and they apply only to standard UK delivery.
 
3. Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing Period: After an order is confirmed and paid, the Store will process it (including product inspection, packaging, and handover to logistics) within 1–3 working days. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or due to inventory adjustments, and the Store will notify you of any delays.
 - Delivery Duration: Standard delivery within the UK takes 3–5 working days after the order is processed. Remote areas (e.g., some Scottish islands) may require an additional 1–2 working days.
 - Tracking Information: Once the order is shipped, the Store will send a shipping confirmation email containing a logistics tracking number and a link to track the delivery status. You can use this information to check the real-time location of your package.
 
4. Delivery & Receipt Requirements
- Address Accuracy: You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address (including street name, house number, postcode, and contact phone number). The Store is not liable for delivery failures, delays, or package loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
 - Receipt Verification: Upon receiving the package, please inspect the outer packaging for damage. If the packaging is damaged or the number of items is incorrect, please sign for it with a note (e.g., "packaging damaged, pending inspection") and contact the Store within 24 hours. If you confirm the package is intact, sign for it as usual.
 - Authorized Receipt: If you authorize a third party (e.g., family members, neighbors, or property management) to receive the package, their signature will be deemed as your confirmation of receipt, and the Store will not be responsible for subsequent disputes about package receipt.
 
5. Shipping Issues & Solutions
- Delayed Delivery: If the package is not delivered within the estimated time, first check the tracking information for updates. If there is no progress or the logistics provider confirms a delay, contact the Store via the official email, and we will assist in negotiating with the logistics provider to resolve the issue.
 - Damaged or Lost Packages: If the logistics provider confirms the package is damaged or lost, provide the Store with the order number, tracking number, and photos of the damaged package (if applicable). The Store will verify the situation with the logistics provider and provide you with solutions such as reissuing the product or refunding the full amount (including shipping costs).
 - Refused Delivery: If you refuse to receive the package without a valid reason (e.g., simply changing your mind), you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. The Store will deduct the corresponding shipping fees from your refund after receiving the returned package.
 
6. Special Notes for Insulated Cup Shipping
Insulated cups are made of materials that require careful packaging to avoid damage to the insulation layer. The Store will use shockproof materials (e.g., bubble wrap, foam) for independent packaging of insulated cups to ensure their performance is not affected during transportation. If you find the insulation function is impaired after receipt, please contact the Store within 48 hours and provide a test video (e.g., testing heat retention) for verification.
