Terms of service
1. Product Information and Orders
- The Store will truthfully display information such as the name, specification, material, price, and inventory of insulated cups and regular cups on the product detail page. If product information is incorrect due to system failures, delayed information updates, or other reasons, the Store has the right to cancel the order and notify the User before confirming the order.
- When placing an order, the User must accurately fill in information such as the delivery address and contact details. The User shall bear the relevant responsibilities if the product cannot be delivered, is delivered late, or is lost due to incorrect information.
- After the order is submitted, the Store will review the order within 1-3 working days. The order will take effect officially after the review is passed and the payment is confirmed. If there are issues such as insufficient inventory or abnormal prices with the order, the Store will promptly notify the User and negotiate a solution.
2. Payment and Delivery
- The User must complete the payment in accordance with the payment methods provided by the Store (such as credit card, PayPal, etc.). After the payment is successful, the funds will be held temporarily. The Store will only collect the corresponding amount after the User confirms receipt of the goods and has no objections.
- The Store will deliver products by default using cooperative logistics service providers, covering the territory of the United Kingdom. The specific delivery fee and estimated delivery time will be displayed on the order checkout page. If the User needs to specify a logistics provider or have the product delivered outside the United Kingdom, they must communicate with the Store in advance, and the additional costs shall be borne by the User.
- During the product delivery process, if there is a logistics delay, product damage, or loss, the User must contact the Store within 48 hours after signing for the goods. The Store will assist the User in negotiating a claim with the logistics service provider.
3. Return, Refund, and After-Sales Service
- Within 7 days from the date the User receives the insulated cup or regular cup, if the product is unopened, does not affect secondary sales, and is not damaged due to improper use by the User, the User may apply for a no-reason return, and the return shipping fee shall be borne by the User. If the product has quality issues (such as water leakage, inconsistent material, etc.), the User may apply for a return or exchange, and the relevant shipping fees shall be borne by the Store.
- When applying for a return or exchange, the User must provide the order number, product photos, and a description of the issue. The Store will review the application within 3 working days after receiving it, and after the review is passed, will inform the User of the return address and process.
- Insulated cups and regular cups are personal use products. If the User has opened and used the product or caused damage or contamination to the product due to personal reasons, the Store has the right to refuse the return or exchange application.
4. User Rights and Obligations
- The User has the right to consult the Store about product details before purchasing the product, and has the right to put forward opinions and suggestions on product quality, service attitude, etc. The Store will reply and handle them promptly.
- The User must comply with these Terms and other relevant regulations of the Store, and shall not use the Store's services to engage in illegal or irregular activities such as fraud and fake transactions. If the User violates this, the Store has the right to cancel the order, refuse to provide services, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
- The User must properly keep their personal account information. The User shall bear the responsibility for abnormal orders and property losses caused by the leakage of account information.
5. Store Rights and Obligations
- The Store has the right to adjust product prices and inventory according to market conditions, but orders that have taken effect before the adjustment will not be affected.
- The Store must ensure that the product quality meets relevant standards. If personal injury or property loss is caused to the User due to product quality issues, the Store will bear compensation liability in accordance with the law.
- The Store must protect the security of the User's personal information, and shall not disclose or sell the User's personal information such as name, contact details, and delivery address, unless authorized by the User or as otherwise provided by law.
6. Disclaimer
- If the Store is unable to normally provide services or perform order obligations due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, policy adjustments, etc.), the Store shall not bear liability for breach of contract, but must promptly notify the User and negotiate a solution.
- The Store shall not bear relevant responsibilities if the User is unable to place an order normally, make payment, or receive product information due to non-Store reasons such as the User's own equipment failure or network problems.
7. Modification of Terms and Dispute Resolution
- The Store has the right to modify these Terms according to the needs of business development. The modified Terms will be published on the Store's page and will take effect if there is no objection from the User within 7 days after publication. If the User does not agree to the modified Terms, they may stop using the Store's services.
- If a dispute arises between the User and the Store, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court at the Store's registered address.
8. Others
